GuideWell Emergency Doctors seeks an ER Physician to deliver high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced, multi-facility setting in Florida. The role requires a strong background in emergency medicine, current Florida license, and board certification, with credentialing at multiple facilities and the ability to travel between local sites.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of recent ER experience.
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine or ABEM/AOBEM.
• Current MD or DO license in good standing.
• Active DEA license.
• ACLS certification.
• Clear and active Florida license.
• Credentialing at facilities where shifts are covered.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for all ages with mild to moderate complaints.
• Perform H&P and physical exams.
• Interpret diagnostic tests (lab, imaging, EKG).
• Develop and implement treatment plans and write prescriptions.
• Perform common ER procedures (I&D, sutures, pelvic exams).
• Arrange follow-up within facility or with specialists.
• Cover shifts across local facilities within a 50-mile radius.
• Support mid-level providers and maintain door-to-provider times under 30 minutes.
