Job summary

Guidewell-Emergency-Doctors seeks an experienced ER physician to join a fast-paced, high-visibility team delivering 24/7 emergency care across facilities in Florida. The role requires current state licensure, board certification in Emergency Medicine, active DEA, ACLS, and a Florida license in good standing.

The physician will perform routine emergency procedures, interpret tests, and craft treatment plans while maintaining efficient patient flow and strong collaboration with mid-level providers

Qualifications

• Must hold a US State MD or DO license and be board-certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM).
• Active DEA license and ACLS certification required.
• Florida medical license must be active and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to all ages in a fast-paced ER setting.
• Perform standard ER procedures (I&D, sutures, pelvic exams, etc.).
• Review diagnostics and develop quality treatment plans.
• Ensure door-to-provider time under 30 minutes and coordinate with mid-level providers.
• Credentialing and pass background checks as required.
