Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Emergency Medical Dispatcher certification may be required or preferred depending on vacancy.
• CPR certification may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Receive calls and determine priority using approved EMS system.
• Verify patient location, callback number and access details.
• Ask standardized questions about patient condition.
• Determine response priority and coordinate ambulance resources.
• Provide protocol-based instructions to callers.
• Relay patient information and scene hazards to responders.
• Document call processing and participate in quality-review activities.
