Qualifications

• Three years of emergency coordination experience within a large emergency operation.
• Associate degree in emergency management or closely related field, or equivalent mix of experience and training.
• Ability to meet residency and essential job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Incident Monitoring: track reports, media, and partner updates for situational awareness.
• Information Analysis: evaluate data and determine actions or notifications.
• Communication Support: relay critical information to agencies and partners.
• System Operation: use radios and software to process alerts and messages.
• Documentation Tasks: maintain logs and prepare reports for briefings.
• Coordination Efforts: assist in response planning and resource identification.
