Qualifications

• Proficient in standard office software: word processing, spreadsheets, calendars, databases.
• Experience with training delivery, program coordination, or emergency management.
• Completion of FEMA IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, and IS-800 within 12 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate course logistics for emergency management training courses.
• Maintain student and instructor records and manage training management systems.
• Assist with course scheduling, registrations, and documentation for statewide training activities.
• Prepare and publish GOHSEP Training Catalog and Academy schedules.
