Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in emergency management or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze regulations and develop compliant campus emergency programs.
• Experience in emergency planning, preparedness, or incident response.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the university-wide emergency planning program and maintain key plans.
• Lead updates to the Emergency Operations Plan, Recovery Plan, and Continuity of Operations.
• Coordinate with EOC and other departments to ensure readiness and incident response.
• Collaborate on crisis communication planning and Aggie Alert implementation.
• Provide on-call emergency management support and coordinate incidents when needed.
• Maintain repository of emergency plans and conduct annual trainings on campus.
• Oversee continuity planning across departments and ensure regular exercises.
