Job summary

The Workforce Group, a LEMOINE company, seeks an organized Front Desk Administrator Supervisor to support disaster response deployments in Mississippi. You will supervise Lodging Specialists and manage check-in/check-out for deployed personnel, serving as the liaison between field staff, logistics teams, and hotels.

This seasonal role requires readiness to deploy on short notice, flexible hours, and strong hospitality or logistics experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, customer service, or logistics coordination preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience in hotel operations or emergency logistics is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Lodging Specialists and oversee lodging operations at deployment sites.
• Serve as liaison between field staff, logistics teams, and hotel management.
• Organize and manage hotel check-in/check-out for deployed personnel.
• Set up and maintain check-in stations with signage and reminders.
• Track hotel assignments and occupancy using digital tools or rosters.
• Maintain lodging records with real-time occupancy updates.
• Communicate with hotels to confirm reservations and troubleshoot capacity issues.
• Coordinate alternative accommodations when needed.
• Provide leadership and training to lodging team members in the field.
• Escalate complex issues to logistics leadership and ensure resolution.
• Maintain professional service and high standards of customer care.
• Assist in administrative reporting and lodging documentation.
