Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness of common areas and safety of residents.
• Oversee Direct Care staff across locations and review timecards.
• Complete shift and incident reports; document supervision discussions.
• Monitor entry/exit points, sign-in/out procedures and safety protocols.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with evacuation drills as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance and landlord as required.
• Enter maintenance issues and communicate with staff to resolve.
