Job summary

Essentia Health’s St. Josephs Medical Center is seeking a non-nursing unit coordinator to organize and implement support functions on the unit, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent patient- and family-facing service.

Experience as a health unit coordinator, medical secretary, or medical receptionist is preferred; no formal education is required. CPR (BLS) certification is required or to be obtained within 3 months of hire. This 0.6 FTE position operates in Day/Eve rotations in the US.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and implements the non-nursing functions of assigned unit(s) to facilitate workflow.
