Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of four (4) years of work-related experience in construction/maintenance projects and equipment, including at least two (2) years operating heavy equipment systems.
• The ability to read and interpret maps, guides and manuals; familiarity with standard maintenance terminology.
• A valid Class A CDL is preferred; ability to pass a pre-employment driving physical.
• Must lift and carry up to 50 pounds for extended distances and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and emergency repair tasks as assigned.
• Perform labor-intensive storm water maintenance and debris removal.
• Maintain accurate daily records of time and materials used.
• Operate hand and power tools and specialized equipment.
• Work overtime as needed and coordinate with team members.
• Ensure safety regulations and SOPs are followed on-site.
