Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum four (4) years of related work experience in construction/maintenance.
• Minimum two (2) years operating various heavy equipment systems.
• A valid Class A CDL is preferred; Class B is required.
• Ability to read and interpret maps, guides and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for service and emergency repairs as assigned.
• Perform labor-intensive maintenance tasks including storm water facility clearing and debris removal.
• Generate Service Requests, Work Orders, and reports with proper maintenance terminology.
• Maintain accurate daily records of time and materials.
• Operate hand and power tools and maintain equipment.
• Observe on-site safety regulations and SOPs.
• Work overtime as assigned.
• Assist other workers as needed.
