Responsibilities

• Utilizes AIDET to communicate with patients and families.
• Reports and documents all care rendered to patient and family.
• Monitors and documents changes in patient conditions and vital signs.
• Maintains accurate measurement and recording of weights for ED patients.
• Demonstrates knowledge of vital sign ranges and notifies nursing staff of abnormalities.
