Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living seeks an experienced Emergency Dispatcher to manage Security & EMS systems from a central location. You will dispatch emergencies and routine calls, while delivering personalized service to residents and visitors. Join a team prioritizing safety, hospitality and community well-being.

The role requires calm, clear communication and the ability to handle high-pressure situations across day and night shifts at our Highlands Ranch, CO campus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in 911 call-taking/dispatching or Emergency Medical Services preferred.
• Ability to maintain composure and situational awareness during emergencies and new challenges.
• Effective communication with residents, visitors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Track all pertinent information during shifts and initiate incident reports.
• Monitor the Emergency Call System for independent living residents.
• Track status of residents involved in emergencies.
• Monitor Fire Alarm System and related safety systems.
• Dispatch ambulance, private ambulances, or 911 as needed.
