Emerson Lakes by Erickson Senior Living in Lakewood Ranch, FL is seeking an experienced Emergency Dispatcher to manage Security & EMS systems from a central location, dispatching both emergency and routine calls while providing personable customer service to residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in 911 call-taking/dispatching or Emergency Medical Services preferred.
• Ability to maintain composure and situational awareness during emergencies.
• Effective communication with residents, visitors, and staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Track information during shifts and initiate incident reports for officer completion.
• Monitor Emergency Call System for independent living.
• Track status of residents involved in emergencies.
• Monitor Fire Alarm System.
• Dispatch ambulance, private ambulances, or 911 as needed.
