Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, is hiring a Security and Emergency Services Assistant Supervisor. You will lead patrols, manage the gatehouse, enforce regulations, and oversee incident reports to keep our community safe and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in public safety supervisory (Fire/EMS/Law Enforcement) or comparable supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the property and staff the gatehouse.
• Enforce parking and traffic regulations.
• Complete daily shift reports and incident reports (medical responses, theft, accidents, fires, etc.).
• Screen visitors and vendors at the gatehouse.
• Provide daily leadership, supervision, motivation and communication to direct & indirect reports.
