• Utilizes dispatch protocols to categorize calls and provide instructions.
• Operates CAD/DCI/NCIC systems and enters calls into the CAD system.
• Monitors radio channels and maintains contact with dispatched units.
• Provides directions to responding units using mapping systems.
• Maintains communication logs and reports; attends training as needed.
