We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Dispatcher for a full-time, on-site role located in Houston, TX. The Emergency Dispatcher will handle emergency medical dispatch, coordinate emergency services, dispatch response teams, maintain clear communication during emergencies, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Emergency Medical Dispatch and Dispatching skills
• Experience in Emergency Services and Communication
• Ability to work under pressure in high-stress situations
• Excellent listening and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
• EMT certification or related emergency medical training
• Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
• Availability to work overtime and varying duty hours, including weekends and holidays, with excellent attendance
