Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor officer safety and progress on all calls for service.
• Handle incoming calls via security systems and dispatch appropriate personnel.
• Maintain logs and updates in Dispatch/Omnigo ReportExec.
• Coordinate information with police, fire, and hospital staff.
• Manage access control and badge issuance processes.
• Keep building security and surveillance systems active and monitored.
