Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides clerical support including answering phones.
• Uses EPIC for assigning patients to transport in transport system, identifying patients per hospital policy.
• Provides support to the technologist including pre-screening of patients and scanning paperwork.
• Monitors patients in the exam rooms or holding areas and reports changes.
• Transports patients to and from the department when transport is not available.
• Assists with patient transfers to and from exam tables and with positioning for exams.
• Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of working area and supplies.
• Provides patient care such as helping with bedpan or bathroom and assisting with dressing.
