Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support: answer phones, organize patient flow, print requests, and greet patients.
• Assist technologists with pre-screening, data entry, and image transfer to VRad or remote destinations.
• Report patient care or safety concerns via event reporting system.
• Monitor patients in exam rooms and holding areas; transport patients when needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and inventory checks.
• Assist patients with basic needs and alert staff when IV pumps alarm.
