Qualifications

• Familiar with basic computer/web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and process inbound calls professionally; schedule and coordinate appointments for multiple providers.
• Update patient demographics and insurance data at scheduling/check-in.
• Follow phone scripts and guidelines to determine appointment type and urgency.
• Send accurate communications to physicians/healthcare providers.
• Diffuse challenging situations; escalate to supervisor as needed.
