Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Midtown is seeking an Emergency Dept Tech for the PED ED nights at Midtown. This role supports clinical patient care under the supervision of an RN or LPN and provides age-appropriate care as assigned.

Eligible candidates include current Georgia EMT certification or NR EMT/Intermediate, or a nursing student with acute care rotations, plus a current BLS CPR card on hire.

Qualifications

• EMT or nursing student with clinical rotations required.

• A student currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program and has completed at least 1 semester of clinical rotations within an acute care hospital Required or
• In Lieu of 2 years of patient care tech and/or Emergency Room Tech experience in lieu of EMT license Required
