Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited high school or GED is required.
• NCA I training or EMT training is required.
• Current minimum as an NCA I or EMT with no substantiated misconduct; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care tasks under nursing supervision and support examination, treatment and care of patients.
• Perform clerical tasks, manage lab specimens and orders, and handle patient communications.
• Assist with ambulation, grooming, feeding and personal care to diverse patient ages.
• Perform EKG tasks and related health unit coordination duties as needed.
