• Delegate tasks and supervise other licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Assist other healthcare personnel in delivering patient care.
• Maintain the environment of care including equipment and supplies.
• Identify resources to complete care in a timely manner.
• Support staff development and learning.
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
