Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required, BSN degree preferred.
• Active RN licensure required, BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area.
• Ability to observe, assess, and record work, safety and infection control standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel on shift, including weekends/holidays.
• Utilize the nursing process for patient assessment, planning of care, and interventions.
• Collaborate with Physicians and other clinicians in planning and implementing patient care.
