Job summary

Baptist Health - Central Alabama is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to supervise nursing personnel on shift, weekends and holidays, ensuring quality and continuity of patient care. The RN will utilize the nursing process in patient assessments, care planning, and interventions, collaborating with physicians and other clinicians.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required; BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area assigned.
• Degree in Nursing required; BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Utilize the nursing process for patient assessments, care planning and interventions.
• Collaborate with Physicians and other clinicians in planning and implementing patient care.
