Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months experience in a customer service role that includes clerical support and data entry.
• Preferred: clerical support experience in a medical environment and transporting patients.
• CPR certification and Act 33/73 clearances preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Emergency Department patients and families in a friendly, professional manner.
• Serve as a communication link between patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Update patients on treatment progress and any delays as they occur.
• Transport patients and supplies throughout the hospital and assist with clerical tasks.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and provide basic clerical support as assigned.
