Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact in the Emergency Department to perform accurate patient identification and armband application.
• Provide customer service and support for visitors and families; capture demographic information and verify insurance; obtain signatures for consent and complete admissions.
• May coordinate financial navigation, copay collections, check‑out and transfers/direct admits; ensure billing accuracy post‑discharge.
• Functions are performed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a caring and professional attitude.
