Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an ED Unit Service Technician for Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital. The role provides a broad range of patient care tasks under licensed nursing staff, including EKGs, phlebotomy, equipment cleaning, and room stocking.

You will support safe patient transport, 1:1 observation when needed, and confidentiality in information handling. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification required.
• CNA or EMT credentials required or HR-allowed alternative as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment and assist with patient care under licensed nurses.
• Take vital signs, monitor patients, and assist with transport and 1:1 observation as needed.
• Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, Accucheck, and other tasks under RN supervision.
• Assist nursing/secretarial staff with documentation and communication.
