The Emergency Department is classified as a Level II Emergency Department and is a designated Primary Stroke Center offering emergency care twenty-four hours a day.
The Emergency Department Technician II role assists the healthcare team in organizing and implementing basic department activities such as stocking, results retrieval and patient tracking. Under the guidance of the registered nurse, this role will perform patient care such as vital signs, pulse oximetry, EKG, phlebotomy and other simple procedures. Orients new team members and students and provides educational offerings in unit.

The pay range for this position is $21.09to $27.12 per hour.
Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
