Job summary
Froedtert Health in Manitowoc is seeking an Emergency Department Technician (ED Tech) to provide care and support for patients in the Emergency and Trauma Center. The position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNA, Medical Assistant, or EMT and certification as a State of Wisconsin EMT or Nursing Assistant.
The ED Tech will assist under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and must attain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of employment. The role offers opportunities for growth within a leading health network.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, or Emergency Medical Technician.
- State of Wisconsin Emergency Medical Technician License or Nursing Assistant Certification is required.
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification must be obtained within 30 days.
