Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; completion of UMMC Project Search ok.
• Five years of work experience may substitute education.

Responsibilities

• Audit and manage replenishment system; resolve issues.
• Operate replenishment software per policy and procedures.
• Set up area equipment and tools (scales, controllers, downloaders).
• Monitor stock, report expired or mis-stocks, resolve issues.
• Ensure stock storage compliance per policy and safety rules.
• Deliver and verify incoming shipments to destinations.
• Order supplies for assigned areas per policies.
• Pick, open, and distribute internal orders.
• Adhere to hospital policies, OSHA, and safety procedures.
• Create and submit daily system tracking reports.
