Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Support Associate to ensure supplies and equipment are available and maintained in the Emergency Department. The role involves stocking, organizing, and coordinating with multiple departments to support safe patient care.

The position requires a High School Diploma and 2 years of related clinical setting experience, with emphasis on inventory management, teamwork, and basic computer skills. Weekend Day shift with 16 hours weekly is offered at 55 Fruit Street.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required and 2 years prior experience in a similar clinical setting preferred.
• Ability to use reasoning to isolate a problem and reach a sound conclusion.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supply rooms and inventory in the Emergency Department on a daily basis.
• Stock and organize treatment bays and carts for shift.
• Respond to urgent pages and provide support to end users.
• Check equipment in treatment bays for cleanliness, operation and organization.
• Collaborate with staff to resolve supply/equipment issues and coordinate deliveries.
• Complete shift reports and required documentation.
