Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks an RN for the Emergency Department in Arlington Heights, IL, per diem, with 7pm-7:30am shifts and weekend coverage. Base hourly pay will adjust to a new minimum of $37.25 starting with the second October 2026 paycheck.

The role requires an Associate's degree or BSN, Illinois RN licensure, and an AHA CPR certification. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care coordination, and education, with opportunities for professional growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current licensure to practice nursing in Illinois.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.
• Coordinates patient plan of care to assure interventions are safe, timely and appropriate.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with patients and care teams in person, on the phone and in writing.
• Tailors patient and family teaching based on assessment to meet learning needs.
• Participates in evaluating nursing practice quality and improvement initiatives.
• Maintains knowledge of current nursing practice standards, laws and regulations.

Education

Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program

Current Illinois RN licensure

Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
