Job summary

MultiCare Off Campus Emergency Department in Yakima, Washington, seeks an experienced RN to join the ED team on a part-time 0.6 FTE Evening shift. This role emphasizes organized patient care, collaboration with the nursing team, and delivering high-quality, compassionate emergency services.

The successful candidate will have an active WA RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and strong ED experience; NRP within 90 days is required. BSN is preferred with opportunities for growth and tuition support.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington State or MLS endorsed.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• NRP certification within 90 days of hire.
• BSN preferred; acute/ER nursing experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating.
• Deliver nursing care per policies using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality, patient experience, and costs.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
