Job summary

Join MultiCare's Off Campus Emergency Department as an experienced ED RN. You’ll apply specialized training in a multidisciplinary setting and contribute to a best-in-class nursing organization. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency nursing experience.
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• MLS endorsement required.
• Two years full-time RN ER experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• You will organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• You will utilize nursing education and experience to deliver care per policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost efficiency.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care reflecting diverse backgrounds.
