Job summary

Prime Healthcare Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet, IL, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. You will deliver safe, goal-directed patient care in a fast-paced telemetry setting, coordinating with physicians and guiding patient and family education.

The role requires active RN licensure, BLS/ALS, and PALS/ENPC certifications within specified timelines; a BSN is preferred. Night shift with rotating weekends/holidays, competitive Total Rewards package available.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• BLS, ALS, PALS/ENPC certificates current or within 60 days.
• CEN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for ED telemetry patients using nursing process.
• Coordinate with physicians and educate patients and families.
• Ensure patient privacy and maintain professional nursing standards.
