Qualified candidates hold an Associate's in Nursing (RN), pursue a BSN within 5 years, and are licensed in Michigan. BLS/ACLS and TNCC are required within specified timeframes.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing Required
• Bachelors in Nursing Required within 5 years
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required within 90 days
• AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Required within 6 months
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) ENA Emergency Nurses 1 year required

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care responsibly and accountably per ANA standards.
• Demonstrate nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Uphold professional standards, ethical practice, and quality of care with collaboration and leadership.
