Job summary
Corewell Health's Big Rapids Emergency Department in Michigan is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. You will provide high-quality, relationship-based patient care, using the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, within a certified Primary Stroke Center and Level IV Trauma Center setting.
The role requires an RN license in Michigan, an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in nursing, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS; we offer comprehensive benefits and scheduling
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in nursing required.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required within 5 years.
- MI RN license required.
- BLS required within 90 days of hire.
- ACLS required (6 months)
- PALS required (6 months)
- ENPC required within 1 year
- TNCC required within 1 year
Responsibilities
- Delivers nursing care per ANA standards and as described by the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, evaluation).
- Upholds professional performance standards including ethics, communication, collaboration, and quality of practice.
