Trinity Health Chelsea Hospital is seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) for full-time, 12-hour night shifts in Chelsea, MI. The role provides comprehensive, patient-centered care for acute illness and trauma, with rapid assessment, triage, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold a Michigan RN license, BSN within five years, and BLS/ACLS; ENPC is preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license required.
• BSN degree required or commitment to obtain BSN within five years.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• ENPC certification or plan to obtain within designated timeframe.
• TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform rapid triage and comprehensive patient assessments.
• Administer medications and therapies per physician orders and policies.
• Monitor patient status, vital signs and response to treatment.
• Develop and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers and staff.
• Complete accurate EMR documentation and ensure compliance.
