Job summary

Wayne Hospital's Emergency Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night shift to deliver high-quality care in a 53-bed Level 4 trauma setting. The RN will collaborate with the Nurse Leader and apply Corewell Health policies to guide patient care and education.

The role requires active RN licensure in Michigan, BLS, and ACLS within specified timeframes, with potential TNCC/ENPC certification. Full-time hours include nights and variable days.

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing required within 5 years for new grads or less than 1 year experience.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• BLS required on hire/transfer from reputable organizations.
• ACLS within 6 months; TNCC within 1 year; ENPC within 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process and patient-family centered care.
• Collaborate with Nurse Leader and Corewell Health policies to ensure quality outcomes.
• Plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge with teaching strategies for patient/family.
