Job summary
Corewell Health’s Big Rapids Emergency Department seeks a dedicated registered nurse to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced setting. The role follows the ANA nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborating across disciplines to ensure safety and positive outcomes.
The ideal candidate holds an MI RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC and TNCC certifications, and is committed to ongoing professional development within a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- Associate's in nursing required.
- Bachelor's in nursing required within 5 years.
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) required.
- BLS required within 90 days.
- ACLS required within 6 months.
- PALS required within 6 months.
- ENPC required within 1 year.
- TNCC required within 1 year.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care per the ANA nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Uphold professional standards and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, effective communication and ongoing evidence-based practice.
