Job summary

MidState Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Emergency Department RN for night shift coverage at our 435 Lewis Avenue facility in Connecticut. The role requires a Connecticut RN license and prefers a BSN, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, high-volume ED environment.

The successful candidate will work within an interdisciplinary team, providing evidence-based care to diverse patient populations and contributing to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred for a nursing leadership or clinical role.
• Current RN license in state of Connecticut is required to practice.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Self-directed in the management of patient care.
• Previous Emergency Nursing experience preferred.
