Job summary

MidState Medical Center in Connecticut is hiring a dedicated Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. You will work with an interdisciplinary group to provide patient-centered care in a high-volume ED, with EPIC charting and stroke center protocols.

The role requires an active CT RN license, preferably BSN, and ability to manage multiple priorities during a demanding schedule, including every 3rd weekend and holiday.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Current Connecticut RN license required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume ED.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced ED as part of an interprofessional team.
• Apply nursing process to develop and implement a care plan per standards and policies.
