Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is actively seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Massachusetts. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is eligible and prorated for part-time employment, with a pay range reflected in our base hourly rate.

The RN will practice under supervision and within the Lahey Clinic Professional Practice Model, upholding the MA Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards. The role emphasizes safe patient care, clinical leadership, and collaboration with the care team across the continuum.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
• Current license to practice professional nursing from the Massachusetts Board.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care under supervision and in collaboration with the health care team.
• Coordinate care across the continuum and maintain continuity for patient and family.
• Demonstrate professional relationships with nurses, physicians, patients and families.
• Demonstrates accountability for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the plan of care.
• Participate in department quality and mandatory education activities.
