Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse for Tertiary Care in Massachusetts. The role emphasizes safe patient care, clinical leadership, and professional practice within the Lahey Clinic model.

The RN will ensure proper delegation, educate patients and families, and coordinate care across disciplines while adhering to ANA ethics and state regulations. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is eligible for this position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in MA.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care with organizational skills for high-quality care.
• Develop culturally competent care plans and assess patient problems and outcomes.
• Lead and collaborate with health care team to coordinate care across the continuum.
• Delegate and supervise in accordance with Massachusetts Nurse Practice Act.
• Maintain current knowledge and skills per nursing standards and regulations.
