Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health's Burlington, MA ED is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse on a 24-hour rotating schedule. The role requires MA RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS, with ED/critical care experience preferred.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available prorated for part-time. The RN will provide safe, high-quality patient care within Lahey Clinic guidelines and participate in care coordination across the continuum.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
• Current license to practice professional nursing from the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification; 1 year RN experience in Emergency Department or Critical Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care by coordinating delivery of care for assigned patients and families.
• Develops a culturally competent plan of care addressing patient problems and expected outcomes.
• Collaborates with the health care team to implement and adjust the plan of care; monitors and evaluates patient responses.
