Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of the Nurse Manager. You will deliver care within the Lahey Clinic Professional Practice Model and adhere to MA Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.

Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, delegation, and collaboration with the health care team. A minimum of one year of RN experience and MA RN licensure with BLS are required, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus eligible

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
• Current license to practice professional nursing from the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• At least one year of RN experience, preferably in an acute or sub-acute setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care by coordinating and delivering high-quality nursing care.
• Develop a culturally competent plan of care addressing patient problems, outcomes, and preventative measures.
• Coordinate care across the care team and supervise delegated tasks.
• Uphold standards of practice and participate in mandatory education.
