Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse for a part-time, 24-hour rotating schedule. This role requires Massachusetts RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, with ED/critical care experience preferred.

A $10,000 sign-on is available prorated for part-time, and compensation includes applicable shift differentials. Responsibilities include delivering safe patient care, coordinating with the health care team, and educating patients and families while adhering to regulatory

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
• Current license to practice professional nursing from the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in the ED.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and other health care team members.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Delegate and supervise unlicensed staff in clinical settings.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and treatments.
• Adhere to Lahey Clinic policies and professional ethics.
