Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts (RN).
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification for Emergency Department as required.
• 1 year RN experience in Emergency or Critical Care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe patient care by coordinating safe delivery of quality care for assigned patients/families.
• Develop a culturally competent plan of care identifying patient problems and outcomes.
• Assess patients and families relevant to the practice setting.
• Educate patients and families about illness, treatment and prevention.
• Coordinate care across the continuum and with the health care team.
